Many companies, in their job advertisements, state something like, "No résumés considered without accompanying salary history".
Don't bother sending them a résumé. They are letting you know up-front that they are either hiring by price and/or that they are run by arrogant S.O.B.s.
If you have some spare time and feel like dicking around, you could just send a note in lieu of a résumé, stating something like, "No résumés submitted to advertisers not stating a wage/salary range -- you dickheads".
