I see The World Organization of Associated Sovereign Independent States -- World-OASIS -- as an international organization dedicated to the advancement of, and the continued and increasing independence and viability of, the small independent nation states.  This advancement, independence, and viability is under major and increasing political, financial, and economic attack by the large nation states such as the U.S., the U.K., France, Germany, etc. -- primarily the G-7 nations and/or the nations comprising the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).

Not so coincidentally, these large nation states are also high-tax and high-control nations.  Most of them call themselves democracies, but their domestic policies in reality are all about increasing social, political, economic, and financial control of their subjects (citizens).  Their international policies, at least in relation to the small independent nation states, are also about increasing control, and are promulgated with increasing arrogance and disdain for the freedom and sovereignty of individuals worldwide, regardless of citizenship and domicle, and with increasing arrogance and disdain for the freedom and sovereignty of the small nation states.

The strategy of the large nation states is to play on emotions, using as ploys the "necessity" of "the war on terrorism", "the war on drugs", and of fighting "money laundering" and other "financial crimes".   Under the guise of "making the world a better place" -- "a kinder, gentler world" to paraphrase former U.S. President George H. Bush, their "drug war" and "financial crimes" policies are designed to increase and achieve total world control.

To countermand the large nation states' strategies, I see it as a vital necessity that the small nation states join in an organization whose purposes are in their interests -- The World Organization of Associated Sovereign Independent States -- World-OASIS. As with OPEC, and in contradistinction to the UN and the Organization of American States (OAS), for example, the small nations joined in OASIS will not sacrifice their sovereignty.

To achieve these purposes in their common interest, I require financial and other support to establish a secure base from which OASIS can be formally organized and take its place in the world as a significant force.   (See also A Call to a Meeting and The OASIS Agenda)

Your support is needed immediately; time is of the essence. Unfortunately, I have to make this request at a time that even I consider premature, as there is much preliminary work to be done that one would usually expect to be done before soliciting support for such an endeavor.

However, look at the urgency of the situation and the necessity for prompt action by considering the implications of just a few events such as the following:

• The OECD has targeted approximately 35 nations as engaging in "Harmful Tax Practices" (meaning harmful to the OECD nations' control and revenues).
• OECD's FATF has labeled 15 nations as "noncooperative" in the fight against "money laundering".
• A number of Caribbean countries have been declared "high priority", "vulnerable", etc., regarding "money laundering" by the U.S. State Department.

Several of these countries have already "caved in" to OECD and U.S. demands.  Others are wavering.

Before this "caving in" becomes "etched in stone" we have to return them to the fold of free banking and freedom of capital movement and of financial PRIVACY.  A support and action process as could be provided by OASIS has to be established, or at least in significant development progress, to strengthen the resolve of fallen and wavering nations to stay the course of freedom and privacy.

That means YOU have to support OASIS.  I am soliciting support for OASIS from candidate countries themselves, from commercial and financial entities domiciled in or doing business with these countries or entities within them, from professionals and advisers in the trust, IBC, banking and financial services areas, and concerned private investors and other individuals.

Support OASIS by providing me legal and financial services as required until such time as OASIS itself receives funding from its member nations and institutions to accomplish its purposes.

Support OASIS by providing me the e-mail (and postal) addresses of any senior government officials of possible candidate nations, such as Presidents, Prime Ministers, Ministers of Finance, etc., that you know of.  And for those nations that are determined to "cave in" to the demands of the OECD and U.S., the addresses of opposition leaders as well.

Support OASIS by providing me the e-mail (and postal) addresses of any senior banking officials, tax and trust attornies and service providers, office, nameplate and mail service providers, etc., in possible candidate nations, that you know of.

Support OASIS by providing me the e-mail addresses of the news desks of as many news wire services, newspapers, and magazines -- worldwide -- as you can.
