An income tax is totally prohibited and unauthorized by the U.S. Constitution, including the 16th Amendment. Yet, the Federal Government's IRS has illegally conned and bullied hundreds of millions into paying it. In spite of IRS harassment, over 30,000,000 Americans have "just said 'NO'".
